More photoshop actions

Walking at the beach and I saw this interesting site. I was just glad to have my camera with me at the time.

Same Action different degrees of drama.

Just playing around with Photoshop

I Found some fun actions to play with in photo shop.
One of these is the normal picture the others are played with.

This is W. Ross's new Motorcycle. He is a long time co-worker and friend of Daves. His career is taking him on another path. Good luck Ross and no matter what Dave tells you - he's gonna miss you.

P.S. Nice Bike

Picture heavy Update

I am on my way tonight as I have been at least once a week for the past 3 months, to the Rail Cats Baseball game. That's me and my MIL. Do you think I'm a fan? It's a great game, an awesome team and an unbelievable park! We made it to the play offs - TONIGHTS GAME!!!
WOOHOOOO!
This is Rusty the team mascot and clown. He's so much fun and he gets the fans all worked up!
A perfect exposure. That's the grade I got on this picture!!! Yay
Izzy is back to school. Starting his junior year in high school. Cannot believe my "baby" is a junior! And guess what else? He passed his drivers test today. WTG Izzy!
Yes I'm worried but what ya gonna do. Gotta let'em grow up.

He is sporting his new "do" for his new school.
And yes Khalila started her Sophomore year in college. She's in the background. She's promised me a day maybe this week (wink) that I can do a photo shoot of her. She'd rather be behind the camera but I keep insisting.

It was a war of the Nikon's this day. They are taking a picture of me taking a picture. All Nikon's. Go Nikonians. That's Alinda, sporting her D-80.

And what would an update be without an updated photo of Miss Isabella? 22 months old. She says complete sentences like "I want more!" "Stop it!" "I want juice" Geeze (rolling my eyes) time really does fly.

and a picture of my oldest DD walking away with Miss Isabella. Mommy and daughter.
I have lots more updates coming up but I'm in a hurry because besides work, home, lessons there are a few other updates. Thanks for checking in on me.

Now, I have to go. Got a game to watch and yell and jump and. . . you get the idea.

Some more Portfolio Building

There were so much fun to do. Adriana is just a doll. She was willing to do anything I asked. It was fun not to have to chase someone down to look at the camera. Within 5 minutes of this photo shoot I got stung by a bee then we were eaten up by mosquitoes - but it was worth it! LOL
Thanks Adriana

A special Shout-out!

This post is about a week late but here goes:
I want to send a special shout-out to Alinda, our super special friend and also hostess while we were on vacation in Boston. She went out of her way in making us feel welcomed and accomodated us better than any one ever has (wink). She stocked her fridge full of stuff for my lean, mean, eating machine of a son.
Alinda - thank you - thank you - thank you!
She is also a photographer, a graphic designer and an architect, oh oh and an out of this world cook!
And I also want to give a shout out to my nephew who also ran miles on his shoes trying to make sure we saw all the "sights" and had a run down memory lane with us. Always suave always smooth. Love ya!
Love ya both - thanks a million.

In a dark alley . . .

This set of pictures is from a series that I posted a couple of weeks ago from the abandoned church. These are the same day but in an alley way. Again, minimal lighting and it had been raining all afternoon. Jackie was such a sport - just like a superstar. She made a gorgeous model. Thanks Jackie!

Boston, Massachusettes

We are on vacation. My old stomping grounds. I love this city with it's mixture of old and new architecture. A city rich in history and tradition. Updates to follow later.
Here are a few shots . . .
