The paper is from the February Kit of club Scrap. Cardstock was plain I just stamped a bunch of different stamps trying to grunge it up a bit. Sewed some beads on there also.

I love your take on t!m's winged heart! I just got some grungeboard (including hearts, wings, and crowns) in my Sweet Pea Scraps kit today and I can't wait to make one of these little winged hearts - I love 'em!
