Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to take an item from your stash that you can't find a use for and alter it for a card.
I chose to accept it and this is what I came up with. I used the leftovers of a HS chipboard and an old tag. Lots of distressing, inking and layering.

That card certainly doesn't look like it's made with leftovers ... it's beautiful.
